The grass is growing in, finally. Tipper loves to chase chipmunks along the rocks, and a nice photo of the old sugar shack.

    The house is gorgeous and looks like it has always been there. You must be pinching yourself; your property is amazing. Is Tipper a newer addition? She is really cute!
